Military Odyssey, the largest multi-period military show in the country, is now under new ownership. It has been taken over by militaria dealer James Aslett of www.chelmsfordmilitaria.com who organise the Chelmsford and Chatham Militaria fairs.

The show, which is held over the August Bank Holiday at the Kent County Showground, Detling, was first launched in 2000 by Gary and Deborah Howard and soon became one of the highlights of the show season. James Aslett and his father Roger, who is a partner in the business, are now looking to increase the size of the already large militaria collectors’ fair by introducing early booking discounts. They are also planning even bigger battles and are therefore seeking to increase the number of military vehicles and re-enactors that participate.

For more information or to book go to www.military-odyssey.com or alternatively contact James Aslett on 07595 511981.
